And now you've cut the bars down it looks like it could have been posted on day 1 of this forum, full retro, chapeau.
As for the name, I suggest Humbug. All it needs now is a ride in its honour.

They are.
I cut the sole out of an old pair of Sidis and glue gunned them into a pair of lowtops, having cut a recessed hole out of their soles.
Win.
