wtd- 8 speed bits , v brakes, pedals for tandem project

Looking for some bits to go on project tandem:

8 speed:
-shifters
-rear mech
-triple front mech (less urgent)

Would consider buying groupset or mini groupset if someone has something.

Brakes:
-shimano deore or similar (F+R)

Pedals:

-m520, flats, double sided all considered.

Just recently bought a tandem myself. Doing a big conversion to drop bar with new groupset and 165mm cranks so I'll have a lot of parts left over by this weekend.

Shimano Ultegra 10 Speed Flat Bar Shifters - suit both double and triple - ST-R770/ST-R773 - the shifting is as crisp as you would expect from Ultegra.
Deore 9 Speed Rapidfire shifters - 3 x 9
Deore LX Triple Front Derailleur - Band-on 31.8mm
Sora FD-2200 Triple Front Derailleur - Braze on, with band for 28.6mm in silver
Deore 9 Speed Rear Derailleur (GS) - Good cosmetic condition
105 10 Speed RD-5600 Silver - Poor condition

Tandem LH crossover drives (square taper) in polished silver 170mm 110BCD with 38T steel rings - excellent condition as the rings are steel and can be flipped (symmetrical inners rather than ramped middles)
Tandem front RH crankarm - polished silver 170mm
Deore FC-M442 - 44/32/22 - Triple black 170mm (middle ring worn)
Alivio V-brakes in silver with fresh pads F+R

Tiagra 10 Speed CS-HG500 12-30
ITM Butterfly Bars
Avid Speed Dial 5 - adjustable cable pull levers

Also have various other rings - 52t 135BCD, 39t 135BCD, 50t 110BCD.
