At this point I'm not sure. If the flooring company decide to fix it that's fine with me but either way, I'm guessing the tiles aren't salvageable so something else is possible. That industrial stuff looks horrible but is very effective for cleaning. I think we'll avoid anything white, given the laundry fluff that is collecting already...
What are you going to replace it with? Or is the aim a fix?
I've always thought for a utility room that red or grey stuff that restaurant kitchens have where it molds into a skirting board would be best.
