    (I've snuck an extra 5k in on a Friday which I intend to use as an easy recovery run/jog. I don't do enough "easy" running and the 5k on a Tuesday will soon become intervals so I need some easier work to balance it out).

    Chapeau (no pun intended) for a 496km month of running every day. Can't every imagine I'll get to that point.
