Polo eBay finds/marketplace

Long shot maybe, dunno how much high spoke wheels were part of the polo bike thing, but if anyone has a 48h front hub kicking about, non disc preferably, I’m on the hunt (tandem bidniz). In a wheel even better if it happens to be a 26”, wideish rim.

@gponx of Perro de Mallet fame does a ready built 48h 26" front wheel, also has a matching rear with cassette body if you want.

Rims have machined side walls but anodized over so you'll have to bear with the squeal for a bit.

Can’t tell from the label. As a reference, I’m a size 9 in Hestra gloves, which tends to be a large.

I have a Sillgey mini velo bike build (USA handmade polo bike) that I'm looking to sell due to it not being ideal for my new commute. I'd love it to go somewhere it'll be appreciated and even used for it's built purpose (bike polo).

Great little bike with a 2 speed kick shift Sturmey Archer rear hub.

Yes they were designed with polo in mind BUT no, they didn't work...

How much are you looking for? Might have a non polo mate who might be interested.

Bit of a fixer upper for not too much dosh:

Pro: Wheels and brake and you are good to go.

Con: Disc tab position probably means that you won't get a conventional disc guard on there.
