  • We have a spider in our bedroom that has given birth to a load of baby spiderlings but they haven’t really moved from the one spot and we can’t imagine they are getting much to eat where they are.

    Anyone know if there’s anything we can do to help this brood of little moth catchers thrive?

  • Not a spider expert, but I think the hatchlings don't need to eat anything until they've gone through the first molt. After that they will be hungry.

    Also, there's plenty there for them to eat - they'll eat each other as willingly as they'll eat anything else.
