I'm after a frameset for a friend. He's had some bad luck with bikes recently, having crashed one and found out the frame he bought to replace it is absolutely knackered so he's on a bit of a tight budget.
He'd prefer steel but open to anything.
Rough measurements would be approximately 53cm square.
Budget for frame and forks would be less than £200, ideally closer to £150.
