Bit niche but I enjoy Richard Perkins videos about sustainable agriculture and his permaculture farm:
https://www.youtube.com/user/mrintegralpermanence/videosAlso no one posted any music reaction channels? I like Lost in Vegas, two hip hop heads learning about and reacting to rock and metal:

OldShovel's recent Voodoo Wanga restoration and upgrade is amazing. Very zen as well. Adds a disc tab, new paint, all for his son who is involved in the build. Bike for life, that one.

They hinted in a YouTube live Q&A (yes I'm that sad) they might repeat it this year.

Watched all of these this afternoon, so intense was quite relieved when it finished. Brilliant though.

Sampson boat company and acorn to arabella - both building wooden boats by hand, wonderfully quixotic madcap plans
Keith Rucker vintage machinery. Proper engineering. Fixing machines to the nearest ten thousandth of an inch
Engel coach shop. Watch a master artisan build carriages and wheels, absolutely hypnotic
Rick beato great channel analysing rock music - at least to this complete musical no-nothing

Dibnah is a highlight for me from TV as a child

The video you posted on page 1 is one of the finest things on the internet, I'm not quite old enough to have seen it first time around. Big fan also.

Stealth camping with Steve. Spend a night in an unmarked hire van in -35 degrees. From Steve Wallis. Channel description: all different types of camping in unusual places, Steve gets twitchy if he might get caught.

I think it's been mentioned before but I've really enjoyed Ed Pratt's videos about unicycling around the world. Seems like a pretty likeable chap who probably underestimated the challenge he'd set himself
