What time is it? Watches and horology

Massively fake dial. The minute track numerals are done with a font (looks like Gill Sans) and actually stretched/distorted. Completely not right. You'd never see a printers' font used on a watch of that vintage, it would have been hand rendered and the 4s would nearly always have flat tops.
