I wonder if old cigar humidifiers or pipe boxes would make good watch boxes?
I have a few Black Lacquer 'Ace of Spades' Champagne boxes I liberated from an event. I reckon they could easily be converted into decent watch boxes.

Beautifully made presumably with no 2nd hand or collectors market like say tea boxes.
Edit: scrap that. Americans buy them. Although in the scheme of things this one looks good value... altho only Stonehedge could fill it. And for the midcentury-gold-watch-baller.
