Got this F+F up for grabs, as thought and now subsequently confirmed, gone are my days of riding fixed.
The Good
Really nice Bob Jackson 631 Frame + Forks, the rear stays are oversized and ovalised and look pretty good and the fork is the newer straight bladed design - not sure on the age of the frame, would guess mid naughties but maybe wrong. Its a 1 1/8th Headtube with straight TT -paint is like a champagne, it has a patina and would describe it as good condition - 6/10.
The Bad
This one ding to the underside of TT - see below, and a tiny one on the top of TT which is hardly noticeable.
Will include FSA headset which spins smoothly and also the miche BB - square taper British threaded.

Size: - ST - CC - 550mm x TT - CC - 560mm
Clearence wise, I've currently got a 25c on the rear (Conti) and 23c on the front (Conti). Confident you ciuld get a 25 on the front too, 28c is just slightly too fat to clear the front fork.
