For me at least;
Not living in a bricks and mortar house, not working 9-5 Monday to Friday, not sending children to school, not being hooked into the system of council tax/gas/electric/water, aim to grow produce, or at least reduce dependence on supermarket shopping
We would love vanlife, but need more space with bikes/kids etc
What does off grid in a UK context mean?
I always think of the US (or US citizens living in remote parts of Ecuador.
