  • It's a Cronenberg classic, there are some laughs to be had but his intentions were dead serious... I love his 70s and 80s stuff...

  • Typo, I meant Slithers. The alien parasite in it is pretty much the Slithers one there is also a scene that directly reference Shivers.

    I love Shivers, the Fly and Videodrome. A history of violence is really good, and his later work is also quality, just speaks less to me.

    James Gunn directing. Remember getting tanked up and seeing it in the cinema. Was very fun especially because we were the only ones attending

    You can clearly see his early humour and that he had worked with Troma
