Bought this a few hours before I've won an auction on a 6-bolt wheelset. Oh well. Pictures below, and description from seller I bought it off:

Comes with pads that still have some life in them. NB: Missing the tiny metal clip to secure the pad-holding screw. Its threaded, so sits in tight, but you might wanna double down to make sure.
