Especially since that nice Mr Cummings (and by extension Mr Johnson) has made it so much easier for those supposed to be enforcing the rules to be doing their jobs.

Do bus drivers just shrug if you get on without paying? Dealing with unpleasant people that don't want to play by the rules is a shit part but still part of the job. It's why they are behind a screen and have panic buttons.
