Have you had a deload week? Guessing TR plans build that in?
I've had a couple of week long periods over lockdown where I've just felt exhausted. A few days off (or active recovery maybe) and I'm back to fighting form.
That may be the issue, usually i ride Monday Tuesday, break on Wednesday and then ride Thursday Friday Saturday. Instead I have ridden Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday add in the heat today and it might well explain my losing the will to pedal
