A 6'5 friend is looking for a complete bike - something with gears, preferably steel and in good working order. London based. Anything going?

Not in London, but I have a Condor Fratello disc, with son dynamo I was thinking about parting ways with. It's the 64cm version, with Ultegra 6800 groupset. Quite expensive (~£1700) and quite specific setup (ultra racing / audax) but just in case?
