After two weeks of waiting for a courier to show up and collect the Custom 22 (bloody parcel2go/ GLS) it has arrived in Wales with Rich for refinishing. Really looking forward to having this finished off now and hopefully my Waverly tuners arrive from StewMac before the guitar is back!
My 60gbp Dean ML has also arrived (along with tuners and headstock decal) it's disgustingly dirty and has a few bad gouges in the body which will need some filler before primer and then I can start painting it which is going to be be lots of fun! I think I'll get a set of Lace Sensor Matt Pike Dragonauts for it and set it up for C standard tuning. I actually can't get over how light it is also, I don't think I've ever owned an electric guitar that weighed so little which is weird for something with such a big body?
To top off all guitar news I've had my Duo-Sonic set up with bone nut and new tuners finally and it's so fantastically good I could probably do without all other electrics! I'll snap a few pictures later on :)
