Nice! I like the use of stems to provide some grip. Presumably you had to cut the top off the seatpost to get the quill in (or is it some weird format with a separate saddle clamp).
I recently heard of a "mouthpiece remover" for brass instruments (where the mouthpiece has a tape that fits into a tapered tube on the instrument). It looks like the kind of tool that would be really useful for this if you could clamp something round the seatpost (like that stem) to give it some purchase. The clever bit is the adjustable jaws
that would sit on the top of the seat-tube.
I would try a slide hammer on carbon. Like the bloke in that YouTube video. Or perhaps clamping in a vice
