They are pretty much constantly over North Norfolk based on my experience camping there last summer.

I think G-Fraw is a private jet rather than a SAR vehicle.

EDIT: Although it owner does provide flight training to SAR pilots. They also test avionics and weapons systems so could be anything they're up to really.
