Why are those peanuts green?

And how was using the pre-roasted ones? Did you notice a difference from home-roasted?

Ha, it took me more than a few seconds when I opened the box to realise that I hadn't been shipped mouldy peanuts. Or Smurf poo.

The pre-roasted ones are pretty good. Not as deep a flavour as when I've roasted myself so will definitely continue doing my own roasting.
