Thank you. A bit of careful eBay-ology and luck has netted me a very clean and unused 2 year old Rim braked hard tail Orbea Trail 24 for half of full retail. Bargain. Will post pics after I collect. I owe you beer.

That £200 white one? Good deal. I watched a few just to see what the prices were doing as I owe my eldest a new one this Christmas/Birthday. She's 8 in January so a bit easier to justify the cost.

There a new Alee Denham video this week on pinion vs rolhoff. You are the only one I know that qualifies for that discussion. Good watch.

Also, my other tip would be run the tyres super low pressure. They just don't weigh anything like us, so can get away with crazy low pressure and it provides that little bit of suspension and extra grip.

Yup. There were a few in Wokingham/Reading that went for £310! Nuts.
Every single one now has 50+ watchers, even the lower end models. Wait until the autumn.

Need bars for my Crush, anyone got something? Hoping for something 780mm wide

Murdered out look is strong! Are the forks 120? I'd see how you get on with them before increasing travel.
-
• #16987
its so glow-ey! and yeah, 120 - will ride a mix of terrain before doing anything mad, reviews have me fairly warned!

Need bars for my Crush, anyone got something?
I've got nice carbon risers going but I know you and you are too lazy to come to W2 to collect them.

Ooh spicy, I take it that means the Cannondale ones are gone?
I'd come if they were what I wanted but I'm not sure carbon bars on my Crush is a good idea....what are they anyway?Did 2 laps of the Olympic park to pick wheels up yesterday. Longest ride since my accident last July

Anybody doing any London local riding tomorrow?

A tad narrow and..Decathlon. I don't care if I get called a snob. I'd definitely use some Decathlon products but not for this bike

I think I have Easton Haven in my parts bin.

Watched that a couple of days ago. Hoping to do my own comparison between the two soon :-)

Soon being relative
-
• #16997
Yeahh, I could just fit them temporarily. If you see them/can easily grab them and they're not any narrower than 760 I'll take 'em. 31.8?
