I just got really confused because another mate asked the exact same thing in a facebook group. The consensus was it's really hard and garage floor tiles might be easier but @citron seems to disagree!

I’m not disagreeing, I’ve had my workshop floor (200 m2) done with the paint I mentioned and it seems pretty decent, there maybe better solutions out there.
