That frame is mental, never seen anything like this. Apart from the yellow lugs I love it a lot.
Think this frame is available to buy new from Condor. I hope it was a bargain and not Condor RRP! Look forward to you doing something nice to it, most of the builds condor suggest are like an Eroica entry on meth
