Riding to and from the start might give you the extra mileage! On the way back, you could do Ringinglow, Wyming Brook, A57, then back into Sheffield either via Rivelin Valley, or the bridleway just south of the A57 that brings you into Moorbank Road in Crosspool. That'd be quite nice.
Recent reports suggest that the following places are open for refuelling:
Fairholmes (Ladybower reservoir) refreshment kiosk and toilets
Millers Dale Station refreshment kiosk and toilets
Parsley Hay refreshment kiosk and toilets
I'm sure there'd also be summat in Bakewell.
