Lots of traffic free/quiet lanes. Possibly a bit grav+ in places, but there's always options via the road. I don't think it'll take you down anything too rocky. Not recommended for road cleats.

Cheers for that, looks great. Lovely mix of sections I already know and places I'll have to get the map out. Just need to splice in an extra 6 miles and I'll be good to go.

Do you know of a little church yard or anything on the way round where there might be a tap?
