I’d say that’s reasonable, case is sharp, dial has some charm and for £300 it’s not gonna hurt too bad if it’s not what you wanted. There’s a load of Omega dial variations from this era, google the ref (135.003 -62) and you’ll see what others go for.

If you like it, yes. Dial and movement seem ok. Check the movement serial number is correct for the watch. I’ve had a few of these, you might want to factor in a service
