Nice. I've just bought shiny hubs (other end of the budget spectrum), to be built on black rims with silver spokes/nipples.
What rims you considering?

I like DT Swiss rims , I was thinking 411
Or maybe even Pacenti Brevet as a shallow silver option Or Forza black

Have a look at Kinlin 26t rims, not dissimilar to the Forza, tubeless ready too, if that's your thing.
I too like the Brevets, but didn't think I could fully commit to shiny wheels, I like the look of black rims on modern steel frames.

Oh yes, very nice. Something about green bikes and silver/polished components.

Have to say I am very pleased with the bike & build , ride is lovely & the quality of the frame really shows
Yes it’s a bit heavy on the climbs but for an enjoyable ride it’s great
