I listened to velonews PYSO podcast with Justin Williams. Not sure he has all the answers on making cycling more inclusive but he’s got some interesting ideas around splitting crits from road racing. I do feel all the talk about how good his kit looks, everything custom and blingy etc might inspire some kids (he does look awesome) but also might just be another barrier as his set up looks mega ££&?
Unrelated to this I’m guessing everyone saw cycling news and cycling weekly covering Black Cyclists Network?
