    Yes, but much less so. It still corrodes the frame in preference to the seat post, but the potential difference in the galvanic cell is lower.

  • I don't understand what all of that means but I'm taking it as a go ahead to slather my new, posh looking USE Sumo post in copper grease and slide it on in to my All City Mr Pink and hope for the best.

    Don't just hope, do the maintenance. If you're riding in all weathers, pull the post once a year (ideally just before they start salting the roads) and regrease.
