Yes, but much less so. It still corrodes the frame in preference to the seat post, but the potential difference in the galvanic cell is lower.
I don't understand what all of that means but I'm taking it as a go ahead to slather my new, posh looking USE Sumo post in copper grease and slide it on in to my All City Mr Pink and hope for the best.
