Gove is already gaslighting the Brexit lot (we will not do xyz even though we signed up for it)
I expect Boris to have stopped paying attention some time ago, but Gove/Cummings may have more devious plans. I don't they are ignoring it.
Gove actively went back on many promises, like high farming / food standards. Even though he said leaving the EU would be good for farmers and let him offer payment for small farms with more nature, this is playing into the hand of low cost bigger outside the UK farms.
I think...if I understood it right. Gove is a devious snake if you ask me. (sorry snakes, you serve a purpose)
