Yeah its annoying when you want something right away! I was just having a look at other options out of interest and both the 8Bar Fhain Steel and Alu frames will take 32c tires, so will the All-city big block and the Soma Rush. Not sure if thats enough clearance for you but seems to work for other folks

Such a shame that the Ribble will be ready in September. Hope to find something soon to be honest.
