I accepted an offer pre-lockdown but buyers pulled out as they had been made redundant.
Re-listed the week of the first lockdown easing. Lots of interest as measured by views but only one party offering.
Previous accepted offer was £X35, think we can negotiate this new party to £X25 which is where I think I would sell. Ask is £X50.

Has anyone on here advertised/sold since the restrictions eased? Have you had any interest?
We’re going to put our place on the market in the next couple of weeks, and hoping to just hand keys to an EA, and leave it empty so they can come and go with viewings as they please. Does this sound wise?
