Thank you for chiming in @aggi and @Howard good to hear first hand experiences of current situation.
Ours is very much a 1st time buyers house so not sure if that makes it more/less attractive, but we’re looking at ways to get out of London and back to Ireland ASAP (ie 2nd week of July as I have time off from work). We can get by leaving it empty for a while but if nothing happens by September or October we might have to look at renting.
