Has anyone on here advertised/sold since the restrictions eased? Have you had any interest?
There's a lot going on. I think EAs are slammed with people desperate to move and a load of historical sales that are either grinding to halt, falling apart or chugging along painfully slowly whilst everyone tries to figure out what's going on - BUT those people who have sold / selling but not found a place to move to are properly fucked now because if you call an EA about a place on the market you are basically going in to the back of a queue.
Very hard to actually proceed with anything.
We’re going to put our place on the market in the next couple of weeks, and hoping to just hand keys to an EA, and leave it empty so they can come and go with viewings as they please. Does this sound wise?
