Does the looting that followed the protests in the US and the calls from Republicans to 'send in the troops', not make it very unlikely that USPD will be defunded?

Why do you think that? We have seen a lot of changes and concessions made in the last several weeks as a result of this direct action, along with a great change in public awareness and sentiment.

Not much from Trump. Whether he is re-elected is probably the key to what happens next.
