Ill still do PayPal for a £400 purchase unless it's someone with good rep on here (debatable...).

I paypal GS everything, except the odd few who I "know" well, if people are happy to send via other means thats on their head, I always ask for paypal though.

I assumed that he did 20s test ride so it was most likely collection ?
If collected I wouldn't see reason to pay goods and services PayPal to be honest
