Only applies to posted items afaik.

If you’re collecting and it’s acceptable to pay cash then it’s equally acceptable to do a bank transfer / gift or whatever.

Ill still do PayPal for a £400 purchase unless it's someone with good rep on here (debatable...).

I paypal GS everything, except the odd few who I "know" well, if people are happy to send via other means thats on their head, I always ask for paypal though.
