Ha. I looked at that too. There was another a few doors down where they'd converted basement into a separate flat.

There's a lot of weird and wonderful places on that road with a whole variety of studios and granny flats and the like.
@underuser53929 still a bit of a ratrun but a nicer road than it used to be.
If any of the plans to filter the traffic on that road actually come to fruition there's suddenly going to be a lot of £1m+ houses on there.

£800k, 2,000 sqft, N4 and 20 minutes into the City on the train. On a pretty busy road though. I was very tempted when I saw this one, it had a great cellar, I assume the previous buyer must have pulled out.
