Can anyone critique this selection of parts for a wheel build? And offer suggestions of changes.
For: gravel/road/light touring Requirements: QR 100/130, rim, dyno, cheap-ish, for 35-42c tyres, black rims
This comes in <£200 and ~1950g, which I'm happy with for a strong, dyno wheelset, certainly better than the stock wheels on my Tricross.
Cheers!
Seems reasonable. XR26 is stiffer and slightly more aero than the Xr22, and only a tad heavier. But both will work fine.
