Ooh, how about parking for 8 knackered old cars outside your house?

Woodgrange Conservation Area. OK.
Guess I need to figure out what this means for any kind of development.
Anyone have any idea?

Wow. Where is that?

Are you sure that's not a complete rebuild due to bomb damage?

It would be a different design then. Assuming the area was not a conservation area at that time (it wasn't, that kicked in 1976 apparently, hence some of the properties in Woodgrange have been obviously vandalis...I mean improved)

Try doing the same but with much less money. My girlfriend owns the flat we're in now but it's part ownership and she wants to sell before we have to pay interest on the part the government owns. The plan is to try and find a terrace house somewhere with a garden and a 2nd bedroom that's actually big enough to be a bedroom, but with a budget around 325k. Looks like we may have to move to Dagenham...
As someone who grew up in Dagenham, don't do it to yourself, or to your kids.
This is available in our block between Hackney and Leyton - two doors down from me. Direct access to shared outdoor space (ground floor), free unreserved parking, two bedrooms, recently redecorated. It's directly on the cycle superhighways into Hackney and Hollow Ponds. These flats are super undervalued because they've got an aggressive freeholder, but we've now got our RTM so we've mostly kicked him out. You can absolutely get what you're after in town.

Ah ok yeah, I went there a couple of times and there were too many garages to have a nice vibe but that was right when Tromso opened.
Does yardsale not deliver?

Laura Jackson (tv presenter) lives on that road and has done a lot of work to her house. I also saw one around there with a really nice big timber framed bedroom at the bottom of the garden.
On the one I shared there's a lot of rear and side extensions on that side of the road.

Not a bad road actually

loft conversations
I bet they're really pretentious, too.

That's pretty nice! Flat's will do if they've got garden access, especially if it's got a back door. I'm really hoping we can stay inside the m25.

What does that Corbett estate that have that this one doesn't, eh? An hour of history about the guy behind them if you're curious (there's one in Eltham too). Made by the local residents group(!) and surprisingly not-shit.

Bummer, but there'll be more.
Chat to Wilkinson and let them know what you're after, we had two good experiences with them (one buying then selling).

To no one in particular...
I know it's got a bad rep but I've lived on a lovely road in Romford (RM7) for the last 18months and can't fault it - obviously it would be nice to be closer to town but I have a house that's ready for a family and a 100ft garden and it cost less than a 1 bed conversion in Leyton.
If you do your homework, it's a nice place to live, the cycle to work isn't very scenic but it's fine and the train is 17mins to Liverpool St.

I've done this with quite a few agents - and I never hear from them again.
Actually, that's not strictly true. They just email me the same stuff you can find on right move.
Maybe they've been reading LFGSS.
Was funny actually, they were like 'but we have another one!' and I'm like 'great when can I view it?!' and they were like 'but we have to register you first!' and I was like 'OK!' and they said 'it's probably easier for you to do that online!' (but we won't tell you how and where) and I was like 'good bye'.
Honestly, the way they said it, it was like they were telling me to do one.

There were rumours that after Crossrail starts properly London's silicon valley will move from Old St to Romford.
That's where the polo guy from the mighty boosh (RIP) lives right?
