Also actually, from that Wikipedia article ‘The right white fist, also known as the Aryan fist or the White Power fist is a logo generally associated with white nationalism’ so not necessarily just the left.

It wouldn't surprise if an organizaton as intellectually void as the 'Democratic Football Lads Alliance's' had just copied the first symbol they thought looked cool as their logo.
The far right really are first class purveyors of the mindless post modernism they claim to despise.

I'm slightly confused by their symbology, as I associated the raised fist with left:
