Brompton spot in Lidl today. Lady rider lugging a white B-bike around the fruit 'n' veg aisles, causing much blockage every time it was plunked down so she could fondle the produce.
Pleasantly observed in passing that it was probably safe to lock it up outside (mine was) to be told that it was her baby and wasn't being left anywhere.
Fair enough.
