Ribble looks pretty good value compared to the rest, triple butted 725 steel. The rest are just cromo as far as I know.
It has kind of strange geometry though, long top tube. I guess it's designed to be used with short stems.
The price difference between frame and full bike is a bit annoying, you would probably be better off buying a full bike and selling the components you didn't want.

Only yesterday I found out regarding the Squid, looks like an expensive frame, I saw their collaboration with Brick Lane Bikes as well.
Cinelli Tutto is way super expensive, but I heard really good stuff about it.
The Surly is nice and not so expensive, All City seems hard to find around and I have not heard about the Ribble before, I am going to check it now.
