Doesn't 'examination' mean that it hasn't been granted yet? I don't know much about trademarks, but I can't imagine this being approved in virtue of the words being used very widely as a matter of public interest.

Yes, they've been applied for but not yet granted. Looks like they are mainly in the area of clothing although one also has charity wristbands.

Even if it did go through you could only enforce it in the specific areas they've applied for, not use of the phrase generally.
