Thank you so much for that, really appreciated it.
Only yesterday I found out regarding the Squid, looks like an expensive frame, I saw their collaboration with Brick Lane Bikes as well.
Cinelli Tutto is way super expensive, but I heard really good stuff about it.
The Surly is nice and not so expensive, All City seems hard to find around and I have not heard about the Ribble before, I am going to check it now.

Ribble looks pretty good value compared to the rest, triple butted 725 steel. The rest are just cromo as far as I know.
It has kind of strange geometry though, long top tube. I guess it's designed to be used with short stems.
The price difference between frame and full bike is a bit annoying, you would probably be better off buying a full bike and selling the components you didn't want.

Youre welcome!
I think the Ribble is by far the best value out of all those frames. As @oheyitsdrew said, 725 is much much nicer than cromo.
I think the weird geo is to do with the fact that its aimed at the singlespeed commuter crowd rather than a true track frame. I almost ended up buying one but didn't want to wait til September so I ended up getting a Trek Crockett instead
Cinelli Tutto
Squid SO-EZ
Surly Steamroller
All City big block
Ribble Urban 725
Theres probably loads more as plenty of modern track frames have clearance for wider tires
