Cruising around on Ebay 10 pints down is madness 😆

Lol, easy to do. Always sleep on it after pint 5.

Don’t suppose you’re selling the wheel set also??
-
• #6
The wheelset has been sold. The rest of the bike is available but this thread is for the frameset only.

Interesting frame, thanks for the consideration. A little too track specific I think, looking for something that can do track and road with a wheel swap etc. Not that this couldn’t I’m sure.

It is very tracky track.
You would also need different forks to fit a brake to start with! -
• #11
I will use the words “tracky track” instead of ‘track specific’ from here on out. So much better! But yeah, looking for a frame that will realistically spend majority of its time on the road. Thanks anyway I appreciate it

What's the headset upper and lower bearing size?
-
• #13
I'd imagine standard integrated size 1-1/8TH-36X45 Headset.
It does come with the headset - I will check the size!

For what it's worth these frames are the same Brooks Cycles sells/sold under their 7vrn brand.
I also had one for a while and it was stiff as a board, absolutely no issues with it. -

Stamped "11" at the back, which refers to 1985. This is the very first version with an engraved Campagnolo shield. They are available for sale separately!

NOW SOLD - THANK YOU
Hi everyone,
Another attic special!!!
I am selling this CarbonZone Aero track frameset. Bought around 3 years ago, classic Friday night - 10 pints down - eBay purchase, I thought it was a Corima track bike (it is not) and I was mad enough to smash close to £1k on it!!!
Woke up to a hangover and this bike, which was/is not worth what I paid for, but hey!
It is a full carbon track frame, with adjustable carbon aero shape seatpost and aero blade carbon fork (no drilled or drillable). The Corima stickers are removable.
Medium size. Seat angle 74.5°, Seat tube 490mm, Top tube 535mm (centre to centre)
This size will suit a rider 5'8" to 5'11"
From the previous owner:
Good condition. Nothing wrong with it, no bad scratches.
It's a great bike, if you want to go fast and you've got the legs. I am selling due to young family and lack of time to use it.
As used at Manchester, Newport & Derby velodromes.
Can be used as a bunch bike for Track League or Scratch races or add low-pro aero bars to use as Pursuit/1km time trial bike
Price for the frameset + seatpost = SOLD for £250
This includes frame/forks/headset/seatpost.
Pick up from New Cross SE14.
Cheers
Vince
