Once the h.u.b.s's get in the fast lane it'll all go to shit.
The usual tactic of swimming very close to them (or even partially over them) may not go down too well during the pandemicapocalypse.
The biggest problem at our pool is that we had 3 wide lanes split between people doing anything from h.u.b.s. to highly inefficient thrashing at 3:00/100m, to a large group of people sitting around the 1:55/100m to 1:40/100m mark and then the outliers the other end that would warm up seemingly effortlessly at 1:20/100m and then just get even faster.
I miss the pool too. This looks very idyllic advice, working on the basis everyone swims at the same pace and doesn't take a break at the wall. Once the h.u.b.s's get in the fast lane it'll all go to shit. Lifeguards will need to be more on it with enforcing lane etiquette.
