Bargain of the year!

To be honest I’m amazed there was so much interest. I would have assumed the tired paint work would have put people off? Luckily I helped my mate find it ten years ago and got the whole lot in mint condition for £150, so I guess he was able to pass on the savings a bit.

I think it was probably a fair price . Everybody loves an eddy and a project on this site , and having something you can ride and leave anywhere and not worry about , while being maximum rad, cannot be turned down.
A friend of mine is selling his Eddy Merckx Corsa Extra frame in Team Domex Weinmann livery.
Stuff to note: It is clearly chipped and has lived as a commuter for a long time. The stem is stuck, not sure of the condition of all the rest of the parts. It's not been crashed.
Mostly Shimano 600 parts, with some 7400 cranks. Columbus SLX steel, and 57 cm top tube.
He is moving on Wednesday, so £100 for a quick sale would be help him out and you could have a cool rat bike. He's based in Hither Green, so drop me a line and I'll forward you his mobile.
